1. To create a new class, sign in to your Class app, and select Create a New Class (Sign-in instructions linked here).
2. Required Fields (boxed in Red) are Class name, Days of the week, Start date, End date, Timezone, and the Start time and End time of the class.
If your class meets at different times, select Add More Dates and input any additional times the class meets. "Selected dates" will show every time you've selected. You can select the X to delete a particular date. Once deleted it is removed from the list.
ClassID and Description are optional. They are often used to distinguish between different sections of the same class.
You may change the Class passcode, but make sure that your chosen passcode meets your organization’s Zoom Passcode Requirements.
3. In Advanced Settings, you can select a course template, toggle on the waiting room, select if learners can join before the instructor, or add additional instructors to your class.
Turning on "Require authentication to join" will require every learner to sign into a Zoom account, issued by your organization, in order to join your class. This setting is not recommended in most cases.
Editing and Deleting a Class
5. To edit a class, select "Class Schedule". Under "All Classes", select the class you'd like to edit. Select "Setting and Schedule" to edit your class details.
6. To delete a class you created, select "Class Schedule". Under "All Classes", select the class you'd like to delete. Select "Delete" from the three dot icon menu:
