Participants from various international locations can dial into their US-hosted conference using an international local access number in their home country. International local access numbers cover 40+ countries throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific area. The meeting host would incur international local access dial-in charges, while participants would incur costs imposed by their service plan for placing the call.
When the Host or participants are outside of the US:
Step 1: Dial the local international access number of the country you are calling from. International local access numbers for various countries are available online using this link:
https://www.meetingone.com/support/international-access-phone-numbers/
Step 2: Dial your Room Number # (Note: If using a US toll-free audio conference room, the room number is the same as the toll-free number.)
Step 3: Follow additional prompts as usual.
EXAMPLE:
Mr. Smith has a US conference room number 866-123-1234. He arrived in France and needs to hold a conference call. He wants to use the French toll local access number.
Host, Mr. Smith, in France will dial:
French Access Number
Then: 8661231234#
Then: PIN#
Participants from the US will simply dial their US room number:
866-123-1234
Participants from Belgium will dial:
Belgium toll local access number
Then: 8661231234#
