How do I invite guests to Class?

Joining from a Class Meeting Link

1. Join your Class session
2. Click on the green shield on the top upper-left-hand corner of your app
3. Click Copy Link to copy just the link, or Copy All to copy the Meeting ID, Passcode, and the link.

2. After clicking the link, users can join via three methods:

Option 1: To join via the Class App, select Launch Class

Option 2: To join via the Web, select Launch Class for Web

Option 3 (if enabled): To join via Zoom, select "Don't have Class installed?" and Launch with Zoom



 

Joining from Class app Signed Out

1. Users can join a session from the Class app. Simply open the app, select "Join a Class", and enter the meeting ID, meeting password, and a user name.

Note: In order to Sign In, a user must have a Zoom account issued to them by your organization.
